FrontPageIntro
The Mexican brethren of the SuperHappyDevHouse is getting set to throw their eight DevHouse late this month. And these guys are so sophisticated that they've not only made amazing videos of each DevHouse they've done, but they're planning out a blowout for their tenth DevHouse, which will be on August 29th, 2009 in Mexico City.
We're going to try and get a group of people together to spend a long weekend down there. While you'll have to pay for your own flight, we may be able to crash with a number of awesome Mexican hackers down there - this is what I (David Weekly) did when I went down there last year to visit and I was taken on a totally awesome roadtrip to climb pyramids and raft rivers in Veracruz. It's a trip you'll remember forever.
We'd love to have you down there to promote cross-cultural hackery and tomfoolery! :)

Suggestions of flights? I just did a quick search and it seems if we take flights from SFO to either Houston, TX or Phoenix, AZ, we spend about $400 on any of about 3 airlines. Any interest in trying to sync up so that we're on the same flight down/back?

Er. I should say those are round-trip to Mexico City, CONNECTING through Phoenix or Houston. Leaving Friday, returning Tuesday.

Flight booked! My birthday (incidentally) is the 29'th, and I figure this is a great way to spend it. :-D
See you on the plane!
